she had no permanent shop, just a small space tucked away in a corner where she sat, quietly eating her meal while watching over her handiwork. seeing me lingering there, she told me that every stitch was done by her own hand.
because they are entirely handmade, each piece carries subtle variations. no two patterns are ever quite the same. i chose to collect them for this very reason: for her kindness and the beauty of her craft.
the making of such things takes time, usually a cycle of two to three months. this one available now is from my personal collection.
