all items are prepared and handled with care at midgirlfriend. as each piece is something i personally love and select, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and dispatched. once your item leaves us, you will receive a tracking number via email.

shipping rates
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the volume of your order.

complimentary shipping: we offer free premium shipping on all orders over hk$800.

estimated delivery times
delivery times vary by destination:

asia: 3 to 7 business days.

north america and oceania: 5 to 10 business days.

europe and uk: 7 to 12 business days.

customs, duties and taxes
midgirlfriend is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. these charges are handled by the recipient upon delivery. we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details.

tracking your items
once your package is in transit, you can monitor its journey through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched from midgirlfriend.

damaged or lost items
each item is inspected and secured before leaving us. if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at our official support channel with your order number and photographic evidence. we will investigate the matter with the carrier.
